You Make Me Wanna Die

I’ve now cut my dose of citalopram down to 10mg every other day and I’m doing okay. I’ve been feeling tired and my moods have been a bit erratic, but overall I’m coping. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with this again in the future, but if I do at least I know now that I’m strong enough to survive it.

And there is no divine consolation - only the knowledge that we will hopefully experience the full spectrum - and that sometimes, just sometimes, life will feel like a Coppola film.
